Calibration
Different calibration schemes are used for different instruments.
Calibration of all instrumentation is rigorous and conducted with high-frequency.
CRDS
The cavity ring-down spectrometer (CRDS) is used to measure carbon dioxide and methane.
GC-MD and GC-ECD
The GC-ECD is used to measure nitrous oxide and sulphur hexafluoride while the GC-MD also measures hydrogen and carbon monoxide.
Medusa-GCMS
The Medusa-GCMS can measure a wide range of species through the use of pre-concentration techniques.
