When you log
in, click the 'Remember me next time I logon' box.
You can then add pages from the aviation briefing service
to your 'Favorite'/'Bookmarks'. Next time you want to
access the service you can select the page from your
'Favorite'/'Bookmarks', without having to log in.

If you haven't logged in for over 18 months, your details will have been removed from our database, so you will need to re-register. See the step-by-step guide on how to register.

To launch the free service, click on the 'LAUNCH!' button. This will take you to the index page for all the free products, and samples of the subscription products.
If you are returned to the 'Online services: Customer login' page, then you should ensure that you have cookies enabled on your internet browser. See our FAQ for more details and instructions.
Once you have resolved all the problems, click the 'Register'
button to send us your details.
If your registration has been successful you will see a page
saying 'Online services: Current subscriptions', with a yellow
panel headed 'Aviation briefing service (free)'. Proceed to
Q1. How do I log in? - Step 5 above.
If there is still a problem with your registration you will be
returned to the 'Aviation briefing service registration' page.
Try to correct the problem using the information above. If you
continue to have problems, please contact our Customer
Centre for advice.
Basic pre-flight information is available free to all registered users; additional value-added products are available as part of a low-cost subscription service.
