An evaluation of the MeteoExpert/MeteoConsultant Applications against the ICAO SADIS Operations Group criteria gives the application a compliancy rating.

1. Display of OPMET data
Y Arrival of SPECIs and SIGMETs is flagged via audio and visual prompts. OPMET displayed via MeteoConsultant application data. Display of ASHTAMs and NOTAMs related to volcanic ash not evaluated because of their non-availability at the time of the review.
2. GRIB decoder and display packageY Plotting of Washington RH data reviewed, Washington wind and temperature data not reviewed. Compliant charts can be produced in an automated way
3. BUFR decoder and display package Y A limit is imposed on the degree of 'zooming' in on a chart. Jet depth and SWM data plotted accurately. Compliant charts can be produced in an automated way.
4. Display and ability to prompt users of the arrival of chart amendments Y Via MeteoExpert. Prompt via a RED button.
5. Display and ability to prompt users of the arrival of SADIS administrative messages Y Via MeteoExpert. Prompt via a RED button.
6. Display of tropical cyclone advisory statements Y Via MeteoExpert. Prompt via a RED button.
