Rare books	Click on ‘Switch to Power search’ Click on the drop-down list next to ‘Material type’ towards the bottom left of the Power search screen. Choose: Rare Books Enter search terms required and click on search	Will search for rare books owned by the library and the Royal Met Soc.   Generally, to qualify as a rare book an item would have to be at least 150 years old.
