By rail

Main line stations

Aberdeen’s railway station is located in Guild Street, a few hundred yards south of Union Street. This is a short taxi ride away from the Science Park in the north of the city. Virgin Trains, National Express and Scotrail all operate services to Aberdeen.

By bus and coach

Aberdeen’s bus station is located in Guild Street, a few hundred yards south of Union Street. This is a short taxi ride away from the Science Park in the north of the city.

By road

From the north

  • Follow the A92 Ellon Road towards Aberdeen until the roundabout at the junction of The Parkway (Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre can be seen on the left).
  • Turn right along The Parkway
  • Continue through the first roundabout and proceed for approximately half a mile
  • Turn left down Balgownie Road

From the south

  • Follow the A90 north towards the City until you reach the first roundabout
  • Bear left and cross the River Dee
  • Continue through the next roundabout onto Anderson Drive
  • Follow Anderson Drive to its conclusion and continue straight through the roundabout onto Mugiemoss Road (A90).
  • Turn right at the next roundabout (across the River Don) onto The Parkway
  • Proceed along The Parkway for approximately one mile and turn right onto Balgownie Road. The Aberdeen Science and Technology Park is on your right.

From the west

  • Follow the A93 North Deeside Road towards the city
  • Turn left at the traffic lights junction of Anderson Drive (Amatola Hotel on your left) onto Anderson Drive (A92).
  • Proceed northwards along the length of Anderson Drive, continuing straight ahead at the roundabout onto Mugiemoss Road (A90).
  • Turn right at the next roundabout (across the River Don) onto The Parkway
  • Proceed along The Parkway for approximately one mile and turn right onto Balgownie Road. The Aberdeen Science and Technology Park is on your right

By air

BAA’s Aberdeen Airport at Dyce is ten minutes drive from the Science and Technology Park. It is served by a range of airlines.

From the airport

  • The airport access road joins the A96 Inverurie Road
  • Follow the A96 towards the City of Aberdeen, through Bucksburn. The road becomes Auchmill Road.
  • At the Anderson junction turn left onto Mugiemoss Road (A90)
  • Furn right at the next roundabout (across the River Don) onto The Parkway
  • Proceed along The Parkway for approximately one mile and turn right onto Balgownie Road. The Aberdeen Science and Technology Park is on your right.
