Our performance 2008/9

External view of Met Office in Exeter

All Met Office staff receive an equal share of a corporate bonus which depends on the organisation’s performance against Key Performance Targets (KPTs). There are four KPTs.

We develop the KPTs in conjunction with our owner and customer groups, including the Public Weather Service Customer Group. KPTs are audited externally by the National Audit Office. KPTs are agreed with, and tracked by, the seven non-Executive Directors on the Met Office Board.
