The National Eisteddfod of Wales takes place between 30 July and 6 August.
The event attracts more than 160,000 spectators to the Wrexham area of Wales.
It is one of the great festivals featuring cultural, music and visual arts, celebrating the Welsh culture as well as promoting Wales as a tourist destination.
The festival includes a variety of different performance, including:
The Three Welsh Tenors and Ysgol Glanaethwy, the school choir from TV show Last Choir Standing, are two of the highlights at this year's event.
The Eisteddfod is held on the Maes, a large area of land which is home to a large pink pavilion and more than 300 stands and exhibitions.
The pavilion is the centre point for the event and is where the competitions and awards ceremonies take place.
