Freeze Festival

Snowboarding has been included in the Winter Olympics since 1998

The Freeze Festival is a snow sports and music festival held on Clapham Common between 27 November and 1 December.

Since it began five years ago, Freeze has welcomed the world's best skiers and snowboarders, all competing on the specially-erected ramps - complete with real snow.

As well as some of the top international skiers and snowboarders, Freeze Festival revelers will also get to see some top music acts including:

  • Madeon
  • DJ Fresh
  • Aluna George
  • Toddla T 

Festival goers will also get the chance to take in a six UK movie exclusives, an alpine shopping village, gourmet food and drink and experience alpine ski bars in London.

This year, on Saturday 26, 'Hail the Rail' will see the world's best international skiers and snowboarders compete for a £12,000 prize purse!

The UK's finest skiers and snowboarders will then compete against other home-grown talent to win the 'Battle of Britain'

The Freeze Festival provides a chance to watch world class skiers and snowboarders compete, along with an opportunity to listen to talks from pro athletes and explorers.
