Ladies European Masters Golf Tournament

Will the hot spell continue for the Ladies European Masters?

The Ladies European Tour event is the penultimate qualifying event for The 2013 European Solheim Cup Team.

Founded in 1979, 2013 sees professional female golfers from all over the world compete at the idyllic Buckinghamshire Golf Club.

The ISPS HANDA PGA Academy Programme will be offering free golf lessons on site throughout the tournament.

Entry is free for spectators with disabilities, under 16s and qualified PGA Professionals.

Golf and the weather

Rain makes conditions unpleasant for players and spectators alike, and can stop a competition if the greens and fairways flood. But it is thunderstorms that spell danger; lightning poses a significant risk to everyone on the course and play has to be suspended until the storm passes.
