This year's New Year's Day Parade marks the official start of the new year in London, and what better way to welcome 2014 than by heading along to watch of one of the world's greatest street spectaculars.
The parade kicks of at midday at Piccadilly, opposite the Ritz Hotel, and completes its journey around the streets of London at around 15.30 in Parliament Street.
This year 20 London Boroughs will be competing with an act or float relating to 'The Swinging Sixties' theme. All will be hoping to win a share of the big charity prize pot.
More than 10,000 performers in an array of multicoloured costumes from 20 countries will make their way along the two mile route to welcome in 2014 to London.
