The Royal Bath & West Show is one of the largest agricultural shows in the UK, celebrating all aspects of farming and rural life.

The show takes from 29 May - 1 June at the Bath & West Showground near Shepton Mallet and is visited by more than 150,000 people each year.

29 May-1 June - Will you be wearing your summer sandals or your welly boots for the Royal Bath & West Show?

Highlights include:

  • Seeing some of the UK's top livestock including, cattle, pigs, sheep and a number of smaller fluffy and furry characters in the 'Fur and Feather' zone. 
  • One of the largest dog shows in the country.
  • The National Cheese Awards.
  • The largest cider competition in the UK.
  • Ladies day on Friday 31 May - the best dressed lady will win a pampering prize.
  • Several show jumping events including the Pony Club display.
