Royal Windsor Horse Show

Windsor Castle

The Royal Windsor Horse Show takes place in Her Majesty the Queen's private gardens at Windsor Castle and has been held annually since 1943.

It is the largest outdoor equestrian event in the UK with more than 3,000 horses and ponies taking part in 250 jumping, showing and carriage driving classes.

Following the success of last year's event, where record crowds watched the world-class competitions and phenomenal displays, the show has further enhanced its status by becoming a 4* international jumping event.

This year's show will also feature celebrations for the Queen's 90th birthday, taking place on the last four evenings of the show.
