For the first time in eight years, the Samsung World Rowing Cup will be held in the UK. With many of the stars of the water from last summer's Olympic Games returning to the scene of their victories, it promises to be one of the most thrilling sporting events of the summer.
Taking places at Eton Dorney, located outside Windsor, Berkshire, this year's event will host over 800 athletes from over 50 nations. The GB Rowing Team's Olympic Champions Helen Glover, Andrew Triggs-Hodge, Pete Reed and Alex Gregory plus Paralympic champions Pam Relph and Naomi Riches are all set to take part.
The event will be taking place from Friday 21 June to Sunday 23 June at Eton Dorney providing fans with the opportunity to cheer on the world's greatest rowers.

Eton Dorney is a modern world-class rowing lake situated close to the villages of Dorney, near Windsor. The lake is made up of eight rowing lanes, each 13.5 metres in width and 2,200 metres in length and a minimum of 3.5 metres in depth.
The venue was chosen as the rowing and canoe sprint venue for the 2012 Olympics and also hosts a number of regattas throughout the year. From 21 June - 23 June it will be hosting the Samsung Rowing World Cup encompassing World Cup, International and Para-Rowing events.
The outline provisional schedule is:
Friday 21 June 2013 - Heats & Repechages (World Cup, International & Para-Rowing)
Saturday 22 June 2013 - Semi Finals & Finals (Finals of Para-Rowing)
Sunday 23 June 2013- Finals (International & World Cup)
