On a Sunny day

What do you want to do?

Whatever the weather in this year's Great British Summer, we want to help you relax.

We all lead busy lives meaning it's more important than ever to take time out and relax. Of all the seasons, summer has more options than most for relaxing. On a wet day you might still be lounging on the sofa with a good book. On the other hand, when the sun's out and the thermometer's rising, you might be chilling out in the garden or the park.

We've got lots of ideas about books you might want to read, films to watch, and ways to keep your cool.

What about those sunny days when the wind is just a bit too strong or the equally annoying days when the sun takes it hat on and off between the showers? Tell us your top tips for relaxing outdoors on those types of day.

Even the hottest summer will see some cool wet days. Equally, you'll still see some sunshine in the coolest and wettest of summers.
