Respect the water

We may be heading into the autumn but there's still plenty of reasons to go to the beach. Why not wrap up warm and make the most of the remaining light nights with a picnic? Or teach the kids to fly a kite on a cold bright day? There's lots to do at the beach, whatever the weather, just make sure to be safe as British and Irish waters can be dangerously unpredictable. This summer the RNLI has been delivering a hard-hitting water safety campaign across the UK part of their aim to halve accidental coastal deaths by 2024.
