Risk of more persistent rain arriving by the late afternoon and also a chance of some sleet over the highest ground. Windy with northwesterly winds strengthening and may reach gale force over the summits late in the day.

Generally good or very good with temporary falls to moderate or poor in showers or rain.

Mainly nil but ragged patches may form above 600m in heavy showers.
