Occasional bright spells will develop for a time during the morning in the east of the region. Further rain or drizzle is expected for a time later, especially in the west.
Moderate or good at low levels. Poor or very poor on peaks in rain, drizzle and hill fog.
Hill fog will be widespread at first with cloud bases around 300 metres. Cloud will tend to lift to 500 metres in eastern and southern parts of the region during the morning.
