Dry through this evening and overnight with clear spells and light winds. A cold night with frost developing, especially in rural inland areas. Coldest spots around Moffat and Lockerbie. There may be a few short lived mist patches around dawn. Minimum Temperature -1 C.

Saturday:

A cold start but any mist quickly dispersing, then dry with good sunny spells and light winds. It will feel warm in the afternoon sunshine. Maximum Temperature 17 C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Cloudier for a time on Sunday with a little rain, then dry, brighter. Cloudy with rain on Monday and a little cooler with freshening winds. Bright with showers on Tuesday.
