Instructions
- Click on the 'Info' and 'Sample' buttons to
find out more about the products.
- Check the 'Request data' box next to the product(s) you would
like to purchase. For city forecasts, enter the number of cities
you would like to be licenced for.
- Enter your details in the form at the bottom of the page.
- Read the terms and conditions, and check the box if you agree
to them.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to send us your request.
- We will contact you to arrange payment for, and delivery of, the
requested products.
- A key and glossary of terms can be found at
the bottom of this page.
- If you have any queries about the datafeeds, please contact our

a pop-up window). A sample of the actual datafeed product can be
downloaded from the relevant information page.
CSV - Comma Separated Variables (also referred to as Comma
Delimited)
XML - Extensible Markup Language
JPEG - Joint Photographics Experts Group (image format)
GIF - Graphics Interchange Format (image format)
Symbol set - Basic graphics package (in zipped format) containing
the standard Met Office weather symbols and regional maps. The symbol
set is available if purchasing the 4,000 world cities, UK regional
or UK cities detailed five-day forecasts. To request the symbol
set, please check the appropriate box on the form above.
