A sunny and quite warm end to the day. Then some long clear spells tonight and becoming cool by the early hours especially in Deeside and some other sheltered river valleys and glens. Light winds. Minimum Temperature 7°C.

Monday:

A dry and bright start but clouding over from the north with a few showers developing by afternoon. South Aberdeenshire staying bright until late, though isolated thundery showers are possible. Maximum Temperature 17°C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Turning cooler with strengthening northerly winds bringing showers, which could be frequent in the north, with perhaps even some longer spells of rain.

UK Outlook for Friday 4 Sep 2015 to Sunday 13 Sep 2015:

The gradual change to more settled conditions across the UK continues with plenty of dry and bright weather across much of the UK through the weekend, however there may still be the odd shower around at first, especially towards the east and southeast. The mostly fine and dry weather is expected to continue through until the middle of September, however there is a risk that more unsettled conditions, with spells of rain, could push into southeastern parts early next week. Temperatures on the whole will be slightly below average, although it will feel pleasantly warm in the sunny spells and light winds. Overnight temperatures throughout the period are likely to be on the chilly side, with a risk of localised rural ground frost and fog patches, mainly in the north.

UK Outlook for Monday 14 Sep 2015 to Monday 28 Sep 2015:

Generally settled and fine conditions are expected to develop across Southern parts of the UK later in September, with plenty of dry and sunny weather, with perhaps only a few short lived spells of cloud and rain. In contrast it is likely to become unsettled in the Northwest later in the month, with occasional bouts of rain and strong winds likely. Areas inbetween are likely to see mixed conditions with brighter drier conditions interspersed with some periods of rain and breezy winds. Temperatures will generally be around average in most parts, but feeling warm under any prolonged sunny periods by day, with some chilly nights in the North.
