Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Thursday 10 Sep 2015 to Saturday 19 Sep 2015:

Mostly settled on Thursday and Friday with light or moderate breezes and sunny spells, especially in the south and east, although there may be a little rain in the northwest by the end of Thursday. After chilly starts with local ground frosts in rural areas, the afternoon temperature will be generally close to normal, although southern parts could become rather warm. Then as we head through the weekend the latest indications are that more unsettled and windier conditions are likely to spread eastwards across all areas. Thereafter changeable conditions are expected, but with southern and eastern parts still likely to have some good dry and bright spells at times. Temperatures are most likely to be close to the average for the time of year.

UK Outlook for Sunday 20 Sep 2015 to Sunday 4 Oct 2015:

The current indications are that the weather across the British Isles will be changeable during the latter part of September and into the first few days of October. Northern and western parts are likely to have the windiest and most unsettled conditions, with a risk of occasional gales, while the south and east is more likely to see some good dry and bright spells at times. The temperature is likely to be generally close to average for much of the time, although both cooler and warmer intervals are possible.
