UK forecast for the next 5 days

Thundery showers across the south tonight, mostly dry elsewhere.

    This Evening and Tonight:

Locally heavy and thundery showers may continue to affect some southern and western areas this evening and overnight. Elsewhere there will be clear spells, although some low cloud will affect the east, and fog patches may develop across the southwest.

Low cloud should retreat towards eastern and southern coasts, leaving many parts dry with warm sunshine. However, further showers are likely in the south and west, some heavy and thundery.

    Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Sunshine and showers expected on Sunday, and for many Monday, but some wet and windy weather expected in the southeast. The wet and windy conditions may spread elsewhere by Tuesday

Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Wednesday 1 Jun 2016 to Friday 10 Jun 2016:

Cloud and outbreaks of rain, some heavy and thundery are likely to still be affecting England and Wales during Wednesday and Thursday, but will gradually move south to be replaced by sunshine and heavy showers. Scotland and Northern Ireland however should be mostly dry with variable amounts of cloud. In the sunnier spells it will feel warm, especially in the west, but North Sea coasts are likely to be rather cool, especially in the brisk northeasterly wind. Thereafter most parts should see a good deal of dry weather, but also some showers, these most likely across the south. Northern and western parts will most likely see the driest, sunniest and warmest conditions, while elsewhere may see the fine weather broken up by some cloudier, cooler days with rain at times.

UK Outlook for Saturday 11 Jun 2016 to Saturday 25 Jun 2016:

Currently it looks likely that generally settled conditions seem more likely at first, but still with a risk of some rain or showers at times, with the best of the drier weather towards the north and northeast of the UK. Towards mid June, there is a chance that more unsettled conditions could become established, bringing some cooler and wetter weather to northern and western parts, while drier, warmer conditions become favoured towards the south and east.
