    Most parts will stay dry with sunny intervals and a light westerly breeze. A fresher breeze and a few showers will still affect the North Coast area. Maximum Temperature 18 °C.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    Increasingly cloudy with rain spreading from west on Monday and freshening winds. Cloudy and wet on Tuesday morning, but becoming drier brighter later. Scattered showers and some sunshine on Wednesday.

    This Evening and Tonight:

    Strong winds will continue in northern Scotland and there will be outbreaks of rain in the northwest. The night will be mainly fine and dry elsewhere, but further rain or drizzle will arrive in Wales and western England later on.

    Sunday:

    Winds will gradually ease in the north and sunny spells and showers will continue. The south will be cloudier with patchy rain but it will brighten up for most later.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    Monday mainly sunny and dry, though rain will spread into Northern Ireland and Scotland later. Tuesday and Wednesday more unsettled with heavy rain at times and a few brighter spells.

    Changeable weather is likely to continue with cloud and rain affecting most parts on Thursday, though it will be fairly warm in the north and east. Some drier and brighter periods are likely on Friday, probably in the south and west. The rest of this period will remain unsettled with showers or longer spells of rain. The showers could be heavy and thundery at times, interspersed with brief drier and brighter spells, most likely in the south and east. It will often be windy, especially in the north and west where there will be a risk of local gales at times. Temperatures are expected to drop to near normal or rather cool, especially compared to recently, although it may be warmer at times in the southeast.

    UK Outlook for Sunday 9 Jul 2017 to Sunday 23 Jul 2017:

    The changeable weather is likely to continue in the north at first, bringing further showers or longer spells of rain with only brief bright or sunny spells in between. However, drier and warmer spells are likely to become more prevalent in the south and these may spread further north as we head into the second half of the month. These will bring more in the way of sunshine and higher temperatures, and there could be some very warm spells. However, an increase in temperatures would pose the threat of some thundery showers.
