Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Friday 5 May 2017 to Sunday 14 May 2017:

This period will begin mostly dry and fine with the best of the bright or sunny weather likely to be across the west and north-west. The far south may see some showers or longer spells of rain at times and it will continue to be fairly breezy, especially on exposed eastern coasts. Temperatures will be close to normal and it will feel warm in any sunshine, but along the east coast it will be rather cool. Thereafter, it is likely to turn cooler more widely for a time with the best of the dry and bright weather persisting in the west and a risk overnight frost in the north. However, by the end of the period it could gradually turn more unsettled and milder from the southwest.

UK Outlook for Monday 15 May 2017 to Monday 29 May 2017:

As we head into the middle of May, it is more likely that drier than average conditions will continue.
