Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Monday 4 Jul 2016 to Wednesday 13 Jul 2016:

Remaining changeable and often unsettled at first, with bands of rain pushing across the country, interspersed with sunshine and showers. The wettest weather is most likely in the north and west where it may be occasionally windy too, whilst the south and east will see the best of any drier and brighter spells along with generally lighter winds. Through the period, a generally more settled spell of weather may develop across the south, giving more in the way of drier, brighter periods here. Temperatures are expected to be on the cooler side of normal though it'll feel warm in any drier, sunnier periods especially in the south and east. Perhaps returning to normal or locally warm and humid in the south later.

UK Outlook for Thursday 14 Jul 2016 to Thursday 28 Jul 2016:

The changeable weather is likely to persist at first in the north, with rain or sunshine and showers and temperatures near average, however the more settled conditions initially in the south may then spread north. This should bring longer dry periods to much of the country, along with warmer temperatures and lighter winds. There is also a chance of more humid continental air moving up across the south and southeast at times, bringing very warm temperatures and perhaps a risk of some thundery showers.
