    Tuesday will start dry and sunny, but cloud will gradually increase during the day with the chance of some patchy rain in the east later. Maximum Temperature 21 °C.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Unsettled on Wednesday with cloud and outbreaks of rain at times. Gradually becoming drier later on Thursday with a more settled end to the week, and feeling warm.

    Some warm sunshine developing for many. Cloudier in the south-east.

    Today:

    Early low cloud will gradually retreat to North Sea coasts to leave many with a fine day, particularly in the west. A few showers may affect western Scotland and in the south-east it will be cloudier and breezier.

    Tonight:

    Daytime showers will ease clear spells for many. Cloudier and breezier conditions will continue to spread in with outbreaks of rain in the south-east, turning heavier later.

    Tuesday:

    Rain and stronger winds will continue to edge westwards with some locally heavy bursts in the east; much cooler here. Further west it will remain dry with some warm sunshine.

    Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

    Unsettled on Wednesday with cloud and rain at times, but drier in the north-west. Gradually becoming drier elsewhere to give a settled end to the week, although cloudier at times.

    UK Outlook for Friday 3 Jun 2016 to Sunday 12 Jun 2016:

    This period starts with high pressure to the northwest of the UK and lower pressure to the southeast. This will bring generally dry, settled weather to most areas, especially the north and west, where it will be warm. Easterly winds will be frequent feature and they may become brisk, at times, in eastern coastal areas, bringing cloud, mist and patchy drizzle from the North Sea, making it cooler here. For the south, where pressure will generally be lower, it may be humid and cloudy at times with a risk of showers and perhaps thunder. By mid-week conditions may start to become unsettled from the southwest, with showers or longer spells of rain trying to push in. Temperatures then becoming slightly cooler in the west but warmer for the east coast.

    UK Outlook for Monday 13 Jun 2016 to Monday 27 Jun 2016:

    Perhaps starting mainly dry in the east and northeast, with the west seeing some rain or showers at times. Then unsettled weather soon becoming prevalent in the northwest, with showers or longer spells of rain interspersed by drier brighter interludes. Meanwhile warmer drier more settled conditions are favoured in the south and east, although rain or showers may still feature at times.
