Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Saturday 5 Sep 2015 to Monday 14 Sep 2015:

Saturday is likely to be quite cloudy and cool with a few showers, more especially in the north and east. Sunday remains on the cool side, but there should be more in the way of bright spells, with any showers becoming increasingly confined to the east. Into the following week settled conditions should become established across all parts, bringing mostly fine and dry weather, with some cool misty starts followed by sunny spells followed by spells of bright Autumn sunshine. Temperatures on the whole will be a little below average, although it will feel pleasantly warm in the sunshine with generally light winds. Overnight temperatures are likely to be on the chilly side, with a risk of some localised rural grass frosts, most especially in the north.

UK Outlook for Tuesday 15 Sep 2015 to Tuesday 29 Sep 2015:

The second half of September is expected to start with generally fine and settled conditions, with plenty of dry and bright weather with some pleasant sunshine, and with only a brief spells of cloudier, wetter weather. Eventually a northwest to southeast split develops in the weather, with the southeast holding on to the best of the drier weather while the northwest sees occasional bouts of rain and strong winds. Temperatures will be generally close to average, but with some chilly nights, more especially in the north.
