Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Saturday 4 Jun 2016 to Monday 13 Jun 2016:

High pressure centred to the north of the UK will initially bring a generally settled spell of weather for most. The best of the sunshine will likely be across sheltered western and northern parts, whilst eastern and southeastern areas may see more in the way of cloud, and perhaps some showers at times. Northeasterly winds continue, bringing some low cloud, mist and patchy drizzle to eastern coastal districts, making it cooler here. By mid-week conditions may start to become rather more unsettled from the southwest, with showers or longer spells of rain trying to push in. Temperatures away from eastern coasts will generally be near or above normal for the time of year, and feeling humid in southern parts at times, trending back to average later in the period.

UK Outlook for Tuesday 14 Jun 2016 to Tuesday 28 Jun 2016:

Perhaps starting mainly dry in the east and northeast, with the southwest seeing some rain or showers, and brisk winds at times. Then unsettled weather is likely to become more widespread to affect much of the north and west of the UK, with showers or longer spells of rain interspersed by drier brighter interludes. Meanwhile the southeast should hold on to the warmer, drier, more settled conditions for longer, although some rain or showers at times could not be ruled out. Temperatures generally near or just above average, feeling warm or very warm in the southeast at times.
