Outlook for the UK over the next 6-30 days

UK Outlook for Tuesday 31 May 2016 to Thursday 9 Jun 2016:

Many places will see some rain through Tuesday and Wednesday, this perhaps heavy and thundery at times, with the wettest conditions likely in eastern and southeastern areas. It will also be breezy for most parts, particularly in the east, where the wind will make it feel quite cool. Despite this rain, northern and western Scotland may remain dry and sunny. Thereafter most parts of the country should see a good deal of dry weather, but also showers at times, these most likely across the south. Northern and western parts will most likely see the driest, sunniest and warmest conditions, while southern and eastern parts may see the fine weather broken up by some cloudier, cooler days with rain at times.

UK Outlook for Friday 10 Jun 2016 to Friday 24 Jun 2016:

Currently it looks likely that generally settled conditions will continue until the start of this period. This means we can expect a good deal of dry and bright weather for many parts of the country, particularly in the north and west where the best of any warm and sunny weather should be. There will probably be some wetter intervals mixed in, these most likely in the south and east, making it feel cooler at times. Towards mid June, there is a chance that more unsettled conditions could become established, bringing some cooler and wetter weather to northern and western parts, while drier, warmer conditions become favoured towards the south and east.
