To find the correct code figure from the pictorial guide:

  • Select the appropriate flow chart (Ac present or No Ac)
  • Follow the heavy bold line through the sequence of rectangular description boxes, until the criteria are not satisfied.
  • When an incorrect desciption is reached, return to the previous box and then follow the non-bold line to reach the appropriate thumbnail image. This will provide the correct code figure.
