The Short-Range Numerical Weather Prediction Network (SRNWP) is a
grouping of European National Meteorological Services with the
aim of promoting closer cooperation in the development of
techniques for short range high-resolution NWP.

| Joint SRNWP/Met Office/HIRLAM Workshop on
variational assimilation |

A workshop entitled "High resolution data ssimilation: towards 1-4km
resolution" was held at the Met Office headquarters in Exeter between
Monday 15th and Wednesday 17th November 2004.
