An evaluation of the METLAB application against the ICAO SADIS Operations Group criteria gives the application a compliancy rating.

3. BUFR decoder and display package	Y	A small amount of over-plotting of one element on another occurs. This is not considered to be of significant detriment to the end product.

6. Display of tropical cyclone advisory statements	Y
7. Display of volcanic ash advisory statements	Y
8. Display of volcanic ash trajectory/dispersion charts	Y

10. Display of Special AIREPS	Y
11. Ability to receive SADIS products via FTP	Y	This function has not been demonstrated to the Met Office, but it is understood from the vendor that it is available.
