Course length: Two days

Location: Courses are held in the excellent Met Office College facilities at our Exeter headquarters or at a location of your choice.

Aim: To update the observing skills of qualified aeronautical meteorological observers.

On completion of this course you will be able to:

• understand any recent developments in observing, coding and its relevance to flight safety;

• measure and code the METAR elements.
