Weather Essentials

An essential guide to weather information for road maintenance decision-making staff who have not had any road meteorology training.

Weather in Practice

This modular course builds on previous road meteorology training. The 10 modules can be mixed and matched to tailor the course to your requirements.

'Weather basics' for winter service decision makers

This short online learning module provides road maintenance staff with a basic introduction to weather principles and their impacts on road, car park and walkway surfaces.

Route Based Forecasting

This half day course will give candidates the necessary skills to interpret the Route Based Forecasting product with confidence to make accurate and efficient decisions when it comes to winter weather maintenance.
