The Met Office will be sponsoring and attending Scottish Renewables' wave and tidal energy event - The Marine Conference, Exhibition and Dinner on 16-17 September in Inverness.
The event aims to address challenges faced by the industry through topical debate and decision making. By bringing together leading experts from the public sector, industry and academia, the event endeavours to find the solutions that will deliver a prosperous Scottish marine energy industry.
John Mitchell, Metocean Scientist at the Met Office, said: "We are delighted by this opportunity to support and attend the Scottish Renewables' Marine Conference in Inverness.
