    It will be mostly dry at first this evening, though rather cloudy. Overnight, outbreaks of rain or drizzle will move in from the west, perhaps turning heavy at times. Very mild and feeling rather muggy. Minimum Temperature 14 °C.

    Sunday:

    A cloudy start, with outbreaks of rain. However, it will become drier and brighter as the day progresses, with some sunshine developing. Though the odd heavy shower may also develop. Maximum Temperature 24 °C.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    Staying changeable. Increasing cloud through Monday, with the risk of rain moving in from the west. Breezy on Tuesday, with some showery rain. Fresher on Wednesday, with sunshine and showers.

    Rain across England and Wales moving south and turning showery, perhaps thundery in the east. Mostly dry with sunny spells further north. Warm and humid in south, cooler in north.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    Fine for many on Monday, but rain will spread east later. Thereafter, often cloudy with occasional rain. A few spells of sunshine in eastern & southern areas. Feeling very warm.

    UK Outlook for Thursday 4 Aug 2022 to Saturday 13 Aug 2022:

    Showers are possible in the northwest on Thursday, perhaps becoming widespread and locally heavy in the far north for a time. Mainly fine and dry elsewhere, with just some early cloud bringing the chance of some light rain for the southeast. Potential for some stronger winds, especially in the north. Friday and the weekend could bring some slightly cooler conditions, especially in the north, with the likelihood of showers persisting for the north and northwest. Cooler nights for many. Becoming dry for many into the following week, with temperatures becoming widely near normal, but perhaps warm or very warm in the south. Still the chance of some periods of organised rain in the north at times.

    Dry weather likely to continue in this period for many, but still a chance of some periods of organised rain in the north which may make incursions further south at times, especially towards the end of the month. For the south and southeast any precipitation is most likely in the form of showers and thunderstorms, although most areas are likely to be drier than average. Temperatures likely continuing to be widely above normal, with the potential for a very warm spell in the south.
