    It will be a fine end to the day, with any fair weather cloud melting away. Overnight will remain dry and clear, with temperatures remaining slightly higher than last night. Minimum Temperature 10 °C.


    Another dry and sunny day on Sunday, although some high cloud may make the sunshine hazy at times. Feeling warmer than today. Maximum Temperature 25 °C.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    The dry spell will continue into early next week, with plenty of sunshine across the area. Temperatures will climb day on day, making it feel hot by Wednesday.

    A fine end to the day for many, but turning quite chilly for many this evening. Most areas then dry with long clear periods overnight. Cloudier and breezy in the north with rain at times over parts of Scotland.


    Dry with sunny periods for many, best of the sunshine in the south. Warmer than Saturday for many. Cloudier in the far northwest where patchy rain over hills and coasts.

    Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

    Cloudy with outbreaks of rain in the far north, otherwise dry with long period of sunshine. Increasingly warm across England and Wales and becoming hot in the south.

    UK Outlook for Thursday 11 Aug 2022 to Saturday 20 Aug 2022:

    The start of the period will likely be fine and sunny for most. Cloud and light rain may be seen in the far northwest on Thursday, although these should clear by the end of the day. Temperatures are expected to continue above average, becoming very warm or hot in the south and rather warm to warm in the north. Into the weekend and through next week, mainly dry and settled weather will likely continue for most. The north is expected to see the most of any precipitation, but there is also a low risk of thunderstorms developing in the south. Temperatures will likely range from warm to very warm for much of England and Wales, especially across the southern parts. Near normal to warm elsewhere.

    UK Outlook for Sunday 21 Aug 2022 to Sunday 4 Sep 2022:

    The second half of August may bring a shift away from the earlier settled conditions for many, with occasional periods of unsettled weather over the northern and western parts, and increased chances of thunderstorms in the south. Temperatures will trend between average and warm for most, and likely warm or very warm in the south, where it will also turn humid at times. Further into the period, the unsettled conditions may spread further south and east at times, although the north and west are still likely to see the most of any precipitation.
