A largely fine start with sunny spells. Isolated showers developing, most likely and heaviest towards the north. Still rather warm, but feeling cooler than on Thursday, and turning breezy. Maximum Temperature 25 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Breezier through the weekend and into the coming week good spells of sunshine likely, but also occasional showers, locally heavy. Temperatures near average or just below for late June.

Early evening showers and thunderstorms over parts of England and Wales will move northwards, becoming mostly confined to parts of eastern Scotland by dawn. Warmer than last night.
Friday:
Sunny spells, but also some showers for many areas. Heaviest showers likely over Scotland, northern England and the far southwest. Breezy and cooler than today in the south and west.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Rain in the northwest and showers elsewhere this weekend, heavy in places. Windy in the northwest. Isolated showers Monday but many places dry ahead of rain reaching the west later.

UK Outlook for Monday 27 Jun 2022 to Wednesday 6 Jul 2022:
Monday is likely to bring locally heavy showers that spread east through the day. These will be heaviest and most frequent in the west, with the best chance of any dry and bright weather in the east. Winds remaining moderate for most, perhaps strong in coastal areas. For the middle of next week many will see sunny spells and showers, most frequently in the north and northwest, with the potential for some longer spells of rain. Further into the period, the north is expected to continue to be unsettled with showers and longer spells of rain. Whereas in the south, drier weather with only the occasional shower is more likely. Despite a slightly cooler start, temperatures returning to near normal for the second half of the period.

July will see unsettled conditions in the north for a time with some rain and showers. These conditions may travel south near the middle of the month. Further into July will perhaps be more settled for a time, although the north may continue to see some rain and showers. Temperatures throughout will be close to or a little above average but possibly becoming very warm or hot in the south near the end of the period.
