Tonight:

A few lingering showers continuing into the evening. Then rain will move south overnight with heavy bursts later. Becoming breezy later. Minimum Temperature 8 °C.

Tuesday:

Rain to start, heavy at first. This clearing to scattered heavy blustery showers, perhaps thundery, but with some brighter spells. Maximum Temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Wet and windy on Wednesday. Dry overnight with further rain on Thursday, followed by sunny spells. Remaining windy. Drier Friday with winds easing later. Temperatures near or just below normal.

This Evening and Tonight:

Rain for parts of east England and northeast Scotland slowly clearing. Showers continuing in the west, particularly the southwest and around coasts. Chilly in places, mainly northern Scotland.

Tuesday:

Sunshine and showers for most, some heavy with thunder in central and southern areas. Showers easing in the west but further cloud and rain arriving overnight.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Outbreaks of rain, heavy in some western regions, spreading east on Wednesday. Rain or showers for many northern areas Thursday, drier in the south. Mostly dry and bright on Friday.

UK Outlook for Saturday 28 May 2022 to Monday 6 Jun 2022:

Over the weekend, fine and dry weather with clear and sunny spells expected for most, however some cloud and light showers remain possible, especially in the north and east. Despite a chilly start on Saturday, near normal temperatures can be expected for most, perhaps feeling warmer in the south and southwest. Into the following week, the weather is likely to become more settled, with any few showers most likely to be seen in the north and east, where it may feel fresher and cooler. This means above average temperatures away from the north and east, with drier conditions expected for most. As we move into the beginning of June, drier than average conditions are expected to persist overall.

UK Outlook for Tuesday 7 Jun 2022 to Tuesday 21 Jun 2022:

In the beginning of June, we can expect to see a lot of dry weather across the UK. Temperatures may potentially become warm in the south and southwest but remaining closer to average in the north. Later on in June, we may however see some less settled and cooler weather, particularly in northern regions.
