Statement of Operational Use – Harmonised Turbulence and 3D RADAR Services

These datasets are primarily intended for use by aeronautical users for aviation purposes within the aeronautical domain. Access is only available to commercial weather providers on the strict provision that the data is not re-distributed outside of the aeronautical service provision domain.

Additionally, use of these datasets by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHS) is also permitted for Official Duty Purposes only.

The user understands and accepts that the meteorological data accessed via the SESAR Services https: endpoint:

• May only be used for aviation purposes as defined in Annex 3 of the ICAO Chicago Convention of 1944 and in MET.OR.100 of Annex V – Part-MET of regulation (EU) 2017/373.
• As an exception may be used by National Meteorological and Hydrological Services for Official Duty Purposes only. 
• May only be used in line with the Met Office Standard Terms and Conditions. 

The Met Office reserves the right to deny access to those believed not to conform to these requirements.
