UKCP09: Monthly data sets

Monthly gridded data sets at 5 x 5 km resolution are available for 16 variables. The list of available variables is given below, together with a definition for each variable.

The monthly data sets are available in two formats.

  • A grid for each month covering the whole of the UK, downloadable in 10-year blocks, as space-delimited text files
  • As a time series of values by grid point, downloadable in 20-year blocks covering the whole of the UK, as comma-delimited text files
