Surfing at Fistral Beach in Newquay

Boardmasters is a surf, skate and music festival that takes place in Newquay every August.

During the day Fistral beach hosts a number of surfing competitions, including the Men's Pro 6 Star WQS surf competition, as well as men and women's longboarding competitions.

There is also the Vans Summer Series Vert Skate and BMX mini ramp competition.

Watergate Bay hosts the music events with 10 stages of live music, with more than 100 artists performing.
