On Sunday 23 March, thousands of people will put on their sports kit to run one of the many Sainsbury's Sport Relief miles taking place across the country or to cycle the mile in either London, Glasgow or Manchester. Between 21 - 23 March even more fund raisers will don their swimming gear and take part in the sport relief swimathon.
There are also a number of other events organised by local communities. For further information about the event visit the official Sport Relief website.
Sports Relief takes place every other year and the money raised goes to Comic Relief to help projects in the UK and some of the world's poorest countries.
