On Sunday 25 March, thousands of people will put on their trainers and run one of the many Sainsbury's Sport Relief miles taking place across the country.
Flagship miles have been set up in 17 cities across the UK, giving fundraisers the chance to take to the streets and run the mile with a host of celebrities. Locations include:

Sports Relief takes place every other year and the money raised goes to Comic Relief to help projects in the UK and some of the world's poorest countries.

Celebrity challenges
Some famous faces have been joining members of the public and doing their bit for Sport Relief. This year is no different with Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton completing the Arctic Challenge and John Bishop completing "Bishop's Week of Hell" which involved cycling, rowing and running from Paris to London in five days.
