Jemma is working on monitoring of surface observations for reanalysis within the Earth System Data Assimilation team. She is involved with the UERRA project.
Career background
Jemma joined the Met Office in June 2012, working in Climate Impacts, mainly on ISI-MIP, before moving to Data Assimilation and Ensembles in April 2014. She graduated from the University of Exeter in 2012 with MSci (Hons) Mathematics (Climate Science).
