There will be a mix of clear spells and showers. Showers heaviest and most frequent in the north. A mild and breezy night, with most areas staying well above freezing.
Monday:
It will quickly cloud over from the west, as rain moves in from the Atlantic. Best of the sunshine holding on across northeast Scotland. Temperatures staying on the mild side.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Often cloudy and rather breezy in the northwest, with rain at times. Drier and brighter further south and east, with some pleasant spells of sunshine. Very mild for most.

Rainfall will typically be heaviest in the west, with much less reaching sheltered eastern areas. Some snow is possible across high ground in the north. Winds will probably be strong at times, with a risk of gales. Temperatures are likely to be near to or slightly above normal.

These will bring spells of rain and perhaps strong winds, with the wettest conditions in the west and north.
