Terms and conditions The Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) vary across funding programmes. Each are readily available to review for prospective applicants. As part of the grant application process applicants will be expected to review and agree to what is set out in the standard grant Terms and Conditions. If there are elements that require negotiation these must be done as early as possible in the process. Any negotiations will be treated as the exception not the rule. The Terms and Conditions must also be a consideration prior to bidding for any opportunities. Schedule 2 of these T&Cs is only applicable when the bid requirements and delivery include personal data in line with GDPR. |
