  • make the right decisions, at the right time
  • protect your assets
  • ensure operational efficiency

Our operational services at a glance...

VisualEyes™

VisualEyes™ is an easy-to-use, web-based weather alert system to support planning and operational decisions. It provides five-day weather forecasts, combined with site-specific, probabilistic charts and bespoke alerting, covering a range of different weather types.

Choose from two versions:

  • VisualEyes™ - for larger operations who require a broad range of animated weather layers, with a long-range view in the probabilistic weather charts, out to 14 days.
  • VisualEyes™ Light - for smaller operations and independent service providers, it has just as many functions but has a concise selection of animated weather layers and a shorter view in the probabilistic weather charts, out to 7 days.

Demand forecasting

We work with you to develop a year-round water demand model for your company, region or individual resource zones.

Forecast toolkit for turbidity & rainfall runoff

Forecasting turbidity, rainfall runoff and soil moisture deficit will help you ensure cost-efficient clean water treatment and effective operational and catchment management.

Freeze-Thaw™ early alerting service

The Freeze-Thaw™ service will alert you of pipe-freezing events up to 14 days in advance, and when you may expect a thaw followed by a rise in water demand.

Turbidity modelling

Our turbidity model enables the relationship between heavy rainfall and turbidity to be modelled, helping you to manage resources and minimise the impact of high turbidity events.

Burst pipe modelling

We model the relationship between low temperatures and call centre volumes related to burst pipes to help you manage resources and minimise the impact of burst pipe events.
