MAVIS features and benefits

It features:

  • Single access point for all aviation specific weather visualisations
  • Bespoke information for the aviation industry, including helicopter operators, commercial operators, commercial airlines and airport operations, as well as glider pilots, balloonists and other general aviation users
  • Mobile accessibility for smart phone or tablet users
  • Modernised data presentation
  • Ability to customise and tailor MAVIS® to your needs
  • Site icons on the base map change colour if pre-defined weather thresholds for wind, visibility, cloud and weather types, have been met or exceeded
  • Users can  pin their most relevant sites and frequently used map layers in the side panel.
