If you are an existing DataPoint user we would like to ask for your help with some market research to better understand your experience with the service.
The Met Office is committed to ensuring that its customers/partners/collaborators can access and use meteorological data in the most efficient and effective way possible: As part of this commitment, the Met Office has commissioned Illuminas, an independent market research agency, to undertake a study amongst data users.
The objective of this study is to obtain feedback on how users currently access and utilise data and what the ideal mechanism for access and implementation would be. Your participation and views will help the Met Office to shape and plan its future strategy. Interviews would be by telephone and would take place in the next few weeks.
