What is Industry Climate Week? 

We know the climate is changing and that no matter what mitigation efforts we take now, we will experience some level of warming in the future. 

Business and industry face the dual challenge of reducing emissions, contributing to global efforts to avoid the worst impacts of climate change, and strengthening assets and adapting business models to remain resilient to the future changes in the climate. 

Met Office Industry Climate Week was our way of shining a spotlight on these challenges, as well as some of the opportunities. Industry leaders discussed what their organisations are doing to adapt and transition to NetZero, and Met Office experts clarified the latest science and what this means for business and industry.
